• Financial Assistance with Insurance Designations - Such as CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative), AAI (Accredited Advisor of Insurance), CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and ARM (Associate in Risk Management), and much more.
• Career Development Program – Through involvement in recruiting and marketing activities, as well as professional and leadership roles, our employees are leaders within the industry illustrating the full scope of our business.
• Continuing Professional Education Opportunities – As with most professional industries, Continuing Education (CE) is mandatory and significant in keeping the Professional up to date with changing laws, coverages and ethics, just to name a few. As (hopefully) everyone is aware, an insurance professional’s license renews every 2 years and the agent has to complete 24 credit hours of CE in order to renew.

The David Agency offers you the flexibility of 1099 or W2; ownership, co-ownership or sale, and the choice to work from within our office or remotely. Become a member of our 35 person Professional staff, playing an important role in the continuing development of our and your book of business and of our staff.

The David Agency accepts applications for outstanding candidates, whether you have several years of work experience or just a few. The David Agency is a boutique agency that works with very many carriers across the personal, commercial, benefits and financial planning departments.
